Excellent service and lovely friendly manner from Kathryn. Her attitude and information was helpful from the start, every aspect being made clear to us. Equally all our questions and requests throughout were responded to by the staff in a positive and caring manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not be faulted at any stage, including the conduct of the service itself.
I would also like to share our appreciation of the celebrant Sharon who was patient and interacted with us carefully to describe my husband as if she knew him as well as including all our requests to complete a beautiful service.

Maunders were very professional from start to finish. Mark and his team were fantastic and everything I wanted was executed with precision. Mark checked in to see if there was anything I needed. My late husband would have been very proud with his send off.

Mark was the only person we met this time for Dad’s funeral but he attended to all aspects with respect and compassion and I thank him for that. Dad was cared for well at a time when he needed it most…..
The funeral was very well organised with great attention to detail and was a wonderful, respectful end to a long and happy life. Thankyou.
The only thing which could maybe improve is that when my Mother passed we had a lovely comfortable room with armchairs to discuss arrangements and were offered cups of tea or coffee which was very welcome at such a stressful time. This did not happen in my Dads case. That room was no longer there and no refreshments were offered. It may sound like a small thing but at such a stressful time it makes such a difference.

I found the staff to be caring and considerate of my feelings and requests. My family has used Maunders, Paignton for many years back to my great grandparents. I would recommend them highly.
